In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, we invite you to send it back to us to be inspected. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we'll replace any lost/chipped gemstone and accent diamonds or repair the item at no cost to you in the first ONE YEAR of ownership.
If your center gemstone or diamond is lost, chipped or got broken from/in the original setting after one (1) year of purchase, we will replace the gemstones at discounted price.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship item back within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return, please email us for a return authorization at info@jewelsformen.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #xxxx (no refund will be granted without a return authorization!).
