EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY


We want you to be completely happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return it within 14 days of the date on which the item was delivered to you and elect to: 

(i) exchange the item for another item available for purchase through the Site, 

(ii) receive a refund in the amount you paid for the item.

If you would like to make a return, please email us for a return authorization at info@jewelsformen.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #xxxx (no refund will be granted without return authorization!).

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom and personalized orders.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned items must be unused and with the original tags/labels attached, must be sent in one single shipment and with all of its parts and accessories. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. 

The purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping or any currency conversion costs. Your refund may be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 20% of the total purchase price. Restocking fee is applied for returns of 10K / 14K / 18K gold items. Refer to our Restocking Fee Policy for more info.

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail message that the returned products have been accepted. Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. If you paid by Paypal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
